In Rememberance ? Bob Berta

We?re saddened to note the passing of ?Harmonica Bob? Berta, at his home in
Hampden, Mass., Saturday, January 8, 2005.  Bob was a long time member of
SPAH and well known for his contributions to the harmonica community.  He
was the composer of the ?Berta Polka,? recorded by the Dallas Harmonica
Trio on their release, ?Harps on Fire.?  Bob played harmonica for more than
50 years, and had an extraordinary harmonica collection.  He will be sorely
missed by his wife, Barbara, and family and friends.
